Hotel Klara is in a great location, close to public transport, civic amenities (restaurants, pharmacy, shops, ATM, food...). Comfortable beds, nice spacious room, good lighting, spacious shower

The room was cold, there was no heating.

Great and quiet location, lots of shops, coffee shops & restaurants. Not far from the city centre by tram. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Close to a beautiful park ‘Stromovka’ and great shopping mall ‘Stromovka Centrum’.

It has a truly a great potential but the hotel is unfortunately very outdated.

During my stay I really liked the location, in a not so busy part of town but close to the city center (walking - 20 mins or by tram - 10 mins). The room was big, the heating worked, it was clean. But that is all I liked.

The hotel itself is rather old, the elevator only goes to some floors, because they have rooms of 3 or 4 guests it is very noisy - there were some young guests that made noise after 10.00 pm. The breakfast was decent - but the coffee horrible. The staff at the check-in desk spoke very little english.

good location, tram stop right next to the hotel, 10 minutes to the old town Room okay, but a bit old, bed was comfortable

Bread selection at breakfast was a bit poor. Be careful: you cannot pay the price offered in euros with the card in euros. The hotel applies an expensive hotel conversion rate. The course was only adjusted after strong objections. The fact that the person at the reception did not speak English made the matter even more complicated, as discussions had to be had several times with the superior via cell phone.
